Drop Dash Marketplace Return Policy

At DropDash Marketplace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read through our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer support at our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at our  Contact Us page. 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at our  Contact Us page.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
